2016 Cross Creek Zinfandel

Tasting Notes | Delicious aromas of red cherry, sweet vanilla, and white chocolate. The rich flavors are of sweet dried cherry and cranberry with a silky mouthfeel and lingering finish. There is a hint of white chocolate and pepper on the finish. The smooth textures of this wine are round and remain balanced across the palate.

Food Pairings | Grilled or smoked foods including sweet Italian pork sausage and BBQ chicken. The wine will complement many medium cheeses such smoked Gouda. View recipes on ironhubwines.com.
